The Basics: YOU are the eyes and ears of our neighborhood!

To help keep our neighborhood safe, report crimes, graffiti, and sanitation violations when you see them happen. Here’s how:

• TO REPORT DRUG ACTIVITY OR SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, CALL THE POLICE DEPARTMENT’S ANONYMOUS TIPLINE: 215-686-3128. 
• REPORT GRAFFITI ONLINE: www.phila.gov/antigraffiti/removalform.html. Be sure to record the exact location where the graffiti appears and the surface type (e.g. brick, stucco, stop sign, etc.).
• REPORT ABANDONED VEHICLES ONLINE: http://www.ppdonline.org/rpts/rpts_abanauto.php. Take down all of the essential details: the location, make, model, color, license plate number & state, and note any damaged parts. Our neighborhood is located in the 4th District Patrol Area. 
• REPORT SANITATION VIOLATIONS, ILLEGAL DUMPING & DEAD ANIMALS ONLINE: http://potholes.phila.gov/csstreets 
• 9-1-1 SHOULD BE RESERVED FOR EMERGENCY CALLS ONLY. 
• FOR EVERYTHING ELSE, CALL 3-1-1.

A bright idea: Even by simply leaving your porch light on at night, you can help deter crime and make our neighborhood feel safer.  

Town Watch

The Lower Moyamensing Town Watch group walks every other Monday. Our schedule can be found on the calendar page of this website. Our primary goals are reporting illegal dumping, graffiti and possible crime activity.  If you wish to report illegal activity or would like to participate in a Town Watch walk, contact us.
